Location
The Lucky residential area is located at the intersection of 2nd Zvenigorodkaya and Kostikova ulitsa, just 200 metres from the Ulitsa 1905 goda metro station. The area is provided with four parking lots: those of Krasnaya Presnya, Krasnogvardeyskie Prudy, Dekabrskogo Vosstaniya Park and the Presnensky Children’s Park.
ARCHITECTURE
THE LACONIC RESIDENTIAL TOWER FACADES WITH PANORAMIC WINDOWS AND JULIET BALCONIES MADE OF PLATIMUN-HUED ANODISED ALUMINUM EMPHASISE THE ARCHITECTURAL EVOLUTION OF THE AREA.

Lucky’s architectural landscape is based on a combination of modern buildings with the carefully restored historical constructions of the early 20th century. The building project was developed by the Meganom Bureau, run by Yuri Grigoryan.

The historic buildings surrounded by the green mazes of parks and red-brick pathways create the identity of the complex.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The historic buildings in the area provide everything that is most important for high-quality living: an educational centre, art workshops, farm shops and a private nursery. Two new concepts for Moscow are also embodied here: The Mind Gym and the Fitness Market. Lucky’s infrastructure has been created for those who are constantly developing: the whole area has been transformed into a high-quality urban space, where the life scenarios of every resident have been considered.
The heart of the lower town is the central square, which combines the iconic infrastructure of the quarter and serves as a venue for various events, such as a gastronomic festival or an open-air lecture hall.
THE FITNESS MARKET AND FITNESS CLUB HAVE BEEN CREATED TO REALISE THE SPORTING POTENTIAL OF EACH RESIDENT IN THE LUCKY COMPLEX.

The Fitness Market format, which is new for Moscow, has been implemented for sports studio lovers. It occupies a separate historic building with an area of almost 2,500 square metres. There are gyms equipped for various workouts ranging from classics such as cardio, pilates, squash, yoga, boxing, fencing and gymnastics to the fitness trends that are just coming into fashion.

The traditional fitness club is located in a modern two-storey building with an area of more than 5,500 square metres. The club has gyms, wellness areas, and a 25-meter swimming pool. On the roof of the building there is a garden and a second heated all-season swimming pool.

THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME AVAILABLE IN THE COMPLEX INCLUDES VARIOUS WORKSHOPS, LECTURES, CONCERTS AND EXHIBITIONS.
The Mind Gym Educational Centre has studios that offer a range of opportunities for personal growth: language schools, art workshops, chess, photo studios, creative industry schools, art classes for children, courses in public speaking and lecture halls.
EACH FACILITY WITHIN THE PROJECT, BE IT A COFFEE HOUSE OR A CHESS STUDIO, HAS ITS OWN ROLE, OFFERING A VARIETY OF LIFESTYLES AND EMBODYING THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE PROJECT.
The cafes and restaurants of the lower city have been created to meet various gastronomic demands: designer coffee houses, pastry shops, health-food cafes and gourmet restaurants

For the education of a harmoniously developed personality, the block has its own kindergarten, surrounded by a park area. On the territory of the Lucky quarter there are 4 playgrounds for young residents.

In close proximity, there are several schools that occupy top positions in Moscow’s educational ratings.

LUCKY IS A NEW ATTRACTION IN THE CITY. IT IS THE PLACE WHERE ALL MAINSTREAM INFRASTRUCTURE HAS BEEN ARRANGED TO BE CLOSE AT HAND.
