A NEW VESPER PROJECT ON THE KUTUZOVSKY PROSPEKT

Vesper, specializing in the high-end property, will build a new residential quarter Vesper Kutuzovsky in the Dorogomilovo district at the address: Kutuzovsky Prospekt, land plot 12/32/1. Vesper plans to invest more than 70 billion rubles in the realization of the quarter.

Vesper Kutuzovsky will consist of 10 buildings with heights from 7 to 18 floors, connected by a common architectural concept and stylistic solutions. Each building has its own lobby and developed infrastructure.

 “The total residential area will be 158.3 thousand square meters, including a two-level underground parking for 1001 cars. An important part of the project will be landscaping. On an area of more than 19 thousand square meters, a space will be created with a courtyard-garden, places for walking, a landscaped park, a children’s playground, areas for gymnastics and jogging paths,” commented Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrei Bochkarev.
