Installation of water supply and sewage systems has been completed — 100% ready. 5. Finishing work continues in the apartments, common areas, and underground parking — 40% ready. 6. Installation of natural stone cladding in apartments and common areas continues — 35% ready. 7. Installation of metal facade elements and roof parapet railings continues — 70% ready. 8. Landscaping work, along with installation of architectural and landscape lighting, continues — 60% ready. 9. Parquet flooring installation in apartments is underway — 10% ready. 10.
