Construction of the underground portion of the project continues to progress through its key stages.

**Construction status:**

1. Excavation work and installation of the shoring system continue — 60% ready.
2. Construction of the monolithic foundation slab continues — 35% ready.
3. Construction of the underground floor slabs continues — 35% ready.
4. Waterproofing work on the underground portion continues — 25% ready.
5. Construction of vertical structures in the underground portion (walls and columns) continues — 9% ready.
